Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations
A non-refundable booking fee may be required to reserve appointments or training dates. Booking fees apply toward the total service cost unless otherwise stated.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled without proper notice may forfeit the booking fee. Clients arriving excessively late may need to reschedule their appointment.
Pricing, policies, and availability are subject to change without notice.


Training & Apprenticeships
Training programs, shadow days, coaching, and apprenticeships provided through The House of Shelby are educational in nature and do not guarantee licensing, exam passage, employment, income, or business success.


Students are responsible for:
Completing required coursework and practice
Applying for state licensing independently
Maintaining any required permits, certifications, or establishment licenses
Following all New Mexico state board requirements
The House of Shelby provides guidance and educational support but cannot guarantee individual outcomes.
